I’ve had the honour to work with several clients lately in doing research & designing their solutions and I’d love to share a tool that has simplified my #qualitativeresearch with my fellow designers 😀
The tool is Dovetail , and for the last few months, it has really helped me organise my research by breaking down the recorded interviews into important insights that highlight users’ pain points and creating empathy maps with a few clicks of a button.
Its incredible power comes in when you have many long interviews. It’s easy to combine all the insights from each interview and also easily reference back a specific point where it was mentioned by the participant.
