How I work

I start with research, not pixels.
I get to know the people and the business first: who it's for, what's broken, and what success looks like.
I ship the smallest useful thing.
A focused first version, tested with real users, then grown from what we learn. No big-bang launches.
Feedback is my favourite design tool.
Usability tests and honest critique shape every iteration. I'd rather be wrong early than late.
